The contractor on this project was converting the top level of an apartment complex parking garage into a rooftop bar and pool area. We were tasked with designing and bidding the entire project to include the pool, bar, pergolas and planters. I created renderings for the pool area only as the contractor was handling other upgrades to the apartment complex.
